Policies on Photoshoots:

Attendance -
I send a confirmation message 24 hours and one hour before the scheduled photo-shoot time. Please respond to at least one of these before hand as this confirms you're still interested in the shoot.
I know unforeseeable things happen, that's fine. Just send me a message. If you just don't show up or flake without letting me know before the shoot I will not attempt to work with you again.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, fine, we can reschedule for a future time if you so desire.
If you call/contact me less than an hour before the shoot or anytime after the start of the scheduled time, you'll need to sign a contract and place a deposit down on the shoot beforehand, which will be returned AFTER the shoot.

Escorts -
I'm fine with escorts as long as you state who they are and they do not interfere with the shoot. I may even ask them to hold reflectors, lights ect. Sometimes I ask them to pose with the model for a frame or two.
If they interfere with the shoot, it's over and you get nothing for your time. It's your responsibiltiy to make sure your escort is respectful. All parties under legal age must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Best friends, boyfriends, "John from around the Block" DO NOT COUNT!

Contracts/Model Releases -
All shoots will have a signed contract or release stating clearly what each party gets out of the shoot. No signed contract means no shoot. The contract or release protects both parties rights and agreements.

Copyright-
All images are protected under applicable United States Federal Copyright Laws. any violation of these copyrights will be pursued in court. If you are unfamiliar with U.S Copyright Law, please visit http://www.copyright.gov

Copyright license agreements are included in the model release including usage terms as well. There will be no editing or alteration of final images without direct approval by me.
